In the time of the dark ages, The Church was the center of the intellectual and cultural universe, but superstition and fear permeated the lives of those within the Church as well as the masses that were controlled by their beliefs.

A young girl would join the convent to find purpose for her life. But in spite of her vows of chastity, she was still a young girl filled with the desires that young girls have.

So easily influenced by the authority of her Mother Superior, she would do anything to please. Sister Theresa could only feel the welcome attention of the Mother Superior when she came to her chambers that day.

But for Sister Sarah who happened to glance through the window and spy such sinful writhing, their secret would have gone unpunished.

Her mind filled with guilt and shame, Sister Sarah confesses to Father Leone what she has seen. Believing that the young girl has fostered resentment for the Mother Superior and made up the tale, he chastises her for speaking such horrible words of hate. With her bottom bared, she bends over for a strapping!

But later, as Father Leone walks through the grounds, he sees Sister Theresa in the arms of the Mother Superior. His worst fears are confirmed and he knows that his convent has become possessed by The Devil.

Summoning the sinners to his chambers, he confronts them and Sister Theresa and Mother Maria each in turn confesses to the sin of lust. Poor Sister Sarah must even confess to the possibility that she has been influenced by the Devil from what she has seen! Knowing that The Devil must be exorcised from the three devout Sisters, Father Leone performs the task at hand. Mother Maria is examined for evidence of the Devil's semen.

Then and one by one, each are purged of their sin by being cleansed with holy water administered by the Clyster.

With their bodies purged, their minds must also be cleansed. Devoid of everything but their habits, they position themselves against the cross for a strapping not soon forgotten.

Later, much later, after the Mother Superior has been brought down to the level of mere Sister, she puts on Father Leone's robe and then summons Sister Theresa to his chambers while he is traveling among his congregation.

Still in awe of her, Sister Theresa obeys as Sister Maria exacts her revenge. With legs spread, she feels the spreader, just as Father Leone had done to he in the past, examining her intimately for evidence of the Devil's semen.

She is forced to bare herself for another terrible enema from the metal clyster and then feel the lash of the whip.

But just as she is finishing with the poor girl, lightning strikes and thunder booms, sending a message to Sister Maria that her's is the sin that needs punishing!

Begging Sister Theresa, she offers her own body for purging and takes two enemas of holy water to cleanse away her sin. Afterward, naked, she takes a whipping at the hands of Sister Theresa!

The Devils is one of the most artistic of the Stonefox Collection, but be warned, its not for those that are sensitive to religious issues.
